Shipping and returns

Served countries

HelloRetro ships from France (Vienne, 86) to three zones:

• Metropolitan France: relay point, home delivery and tracked letter (Lettre Suivie).
• Europe (9 countries): Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. Relay points are available in Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal; home delivery everywhere.
• Canada: home delivery only (Colissimo international).

We do not ship to the French overseas territories yet: postal codes starting with 97 or 98 are not accepted at checkout.

Delivery methods

• Relay point (Mondial Relay) : you give your relay point when you order. The most economical option for games and small parcels.

• Home delivery (Colissimo) : tracked delivery to your address, with signature on delivery for orders over 100 EUR.

• Tracked letter (La Poste, Lettre Suivie) : reserved for light, flat games (under 3 cm thick, under 500 g) on orders under 30 EUR shipped within metropolitan France.

Delivery times

Your order ships within 48 working hours of payment. Every piece is checked, protected and packed with the care a collector item deserves: never any tape on original boxes.

Indicative transit times: 2 to 4 working days in France (relay and home), 3 to 6 days in Europe, 6 to 12 days to Canada. A tracking email is sent when the parcel leaves.

Indicative 2026 rates

Indicative 2026 rates, reviewed every January 1. The exact fee, computed from the destination and the packed weight of your cart, is always displayed before you confirm the order.

A cart heavier than the largest bracket of a method is not offered that method. If no method is available for your destination, contact us for a shipping quote.

Free delivery

Free delivery applies to the relay point and tracked letter methods, within metropolitan France only, from 80 EUR of goods (after any discounts, excluding shipping). Home delivery stays at the grid price, as do all shipments to Europe and Canada.

Shipping to Canada

Shipments to Canada are limited to 2 kg per parcel. Above that, contact us for a shipping quote. Every shipment carries a sincere and accurate CN23 customs declaration.

Insurance and packaging

Every shipment is covered: complementary insurance from 50 EUR of value, Colissimo ad valorem insurance above 150 EUR, signature on delivery above 100 EUR. The cost of these protections is entirely borne by HelloRetro.

Collector-grade packaging: protective sleeve around original boxes, contact-free padding, double-wall carton for consoles, moisture protection for paper goods.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed (right of withdrawal). Notify us by email, return the products within 14 days in their original condition; return shipping is at your expense. Full refund within 14 days of reception or proof of shipment.

For a return request (withdrawal or warranty), use your account, My orders section, or write to us. The returned product is examined within 7 working days and you are informed of the outcome by email. Return costs for a non-conforming product are borne by HelloRetro.

Legal warranties

All products carry the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (12-month presumption for second-hand goods) and the hidden defects warranty. Conformity is assessed against the detailed description of each piece: condition grade, completeness, listed defects and real photographs.

Normal age-related wear described on the product sheet (dead save battery, yellowed plastics, label wear) is not a conformity defect. Any unmentioned defect making the product unfit for use is fully covered by the warranty.
